Imagine listening to a voicemail from a friend with a short commercial from Honda at the end of the message, or the post office inserting a KFC flyer in a letter from your child in camp. AOL users PAY for their e-mail service. There is no need to invade their e-mail messages with commercials. Gmail is free - yet they don't practice this form of content marketing. Google: good citizen, AOL: bad!

AOhell is still around!
I got an email from a friend today telling me her grandfather died last night. The bottom of her e-mail had a seperation line with a messege from AOL and a link to some random AOL content.
